Calabrese Salami is a dry cured salami from a traditional Italian recipe. It is made from pure pork and aged for at least two months. 

Available in the following options:

  • Half (about 250g)
  • Sliced packet 100g. 

Ingredients: Pork, Salt,Sugar,  Red Pepper, Herbs and Spices, Live Starter Culture, Fortified Wine, Preservative (250).

Our Calabrese is gluten free. It is a cured product and contains 0.3% preservative sodium nitrite.
