Woodys Salami Cotto is a cooked salami made with Highland Beef and Free Range pork. This salami has a small amount garlic and herbs added for flavour but the salami is very mild and makes a perfect sandwich filler for children and adults alike. With a larger diameter than our mortadella you will only need one slice in your sandwich. This salami is smoked and steam cooked.
Perfect in sandwiches, on a charcuterie plate (served with our Coppa and Guanciale) or in pasta or pizza.
