Salami Bastardo is a dry cured salami from a traditional Italian recipe. It is made from a mixture of Highland Beef and Pork (hence the unfortunate name). It is aged for at least two months.
Available in the following options:
- Half (about 250g)
- Sliced packet 100g.
Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Black Pepper, Herbs and Spices, Live Starter Culture, Preservative (250).
Our Salami is gluten free. It is a cured product and contains 0.3% preservative sodium nitrite.
