The Chicago Hot Link is a traditional BBQ smoked sausage from Chicago. Our Hot Link is a mix of bacon, pork and spices. It is medium spicy and best served as part of a BBQ meal, as a tasty breakfast sausage or simply on its own as a delicious snack.
The Hot Link is Hickory smoked and cooked so it can be eaten straight out of the packet or warmed up in a pan, BBQ or even boiled for 10 mins and eaten as a Curry Wurst with curry sauce and chips.
