Cooking a sausage is an art form and so we thought we would share with you our favourite method for that perfect banger.
Give your pan a medium heat, a squirt of olive oil, a dob of butter and heat until foamy.
Pop the sausages in the pan (no need to prick them)Turn regularly and baste in the pan juice until golden brown
- Small ones will take 4-6 mins
- Large ones will take 9-10 minutes
