SATISFACTION GUARENTEE
Our goal is to ensure that you are always satisfied with your purchase. However if you are unhappy with any of our products or you do not receive the products you expected, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation with a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will happily refund the purchase price paid.
EXCLUSION: WE WILL DELIVER TO RURAL ADDRESSES BUT AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE OVERNIGHT DELIVERY WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY AND OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IS NOT APPLICABLE.


RETURNS
Meat is a perishable product subject to rigorous food safety regulations and oversight. Due to these considerations, we do not accept or necessitate returns. Any concerns not covered by the aforementioned satisfaction guarantee will be addressed through either an online credit or the issuance of a new order. Requests for addressing concerns and returns must be submitted within 3 days of product receipt and should not involve freezing subsequent to delivery. To facilitate the resolution process, please provide a detailed description of the issue along with a corresponding photograph.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

If a refund is approved you will be informed by email or telephone and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days. If you haven’t received a refund within a week, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@woodysfarm.co.nz.

 
PRIVACY POLICY
Woodys Free Range Farm is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security and privacy of your information. Any information we collect about you will only be used in the fulfilment of any order placed with us or to communicate marketing material to you, if you have agreed to that. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with unrelated third parties unless required to by law. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Woodys Free Range Farm after a purchase has been completed.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT
You may wish to set up an online account with us to make each visit to our website easier. If you do this, you will be given a user name and a password to use each time you place an order with us. You should ensure that your username and password are known only to you and that access to your computer is restricted to prevent any unauthorised use of your account. You must inform us immediately if you believe your password has become known to anybody else or has been or may be used in an unauthorised manner.

CONTRACT
This website is operated by Woodys Free Range. Once you have placed an order on the website we will confirm your order by sending an email to the email address you have provided. This email will list all products you have ordered, the price and delivery details. This is not an acceptance by us. A legally binding contract will only arise once we have completed delivery of the goods to you.
If you have entered an incorrect email address and receive no email purchase confirmation and/or any other details are incorrect then the onus is on you to contact us to amend your details and we can not be held responsible for the entering of incorrect information or your email service provider spam filtration.

AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS
You may amend or cancel your order up to 3 days prior to the date of your shipment (before the "cut-off time" of Monday at midday). During our festive despatch period (1st December- 31st December each year) (the "festive cut off time") you must provide us with 7 days notice prior to despatch to amend or cancel your order. Please also note that we cannot amend or cancel Christmas Ham or Roasts orders at any time (choose carefully).

Any cancellations or amendment must be sent to us by email to info@woodysfarm.co.nz within the cut-off time or festive cut off time.

 

PRODUCT WEIGHTS
Due to the nature of our products being reared free-range, some product weights may vary slightly at time of products being supplied, this is not intentional. If you are not happy with the weights of packaged products please contact us on info@woodysfarm.co.nz and we will issue a refund.

ICE PACK RETURNS
You can return your ice packs to us at Woodys Free Range to clean reuse. We'll cover the cost of the return with a voucher of $1.50 per sheet of ice packs to use with your next shop.
You must include the following details so we know it's you and can issue your voucher: delivery address, name and previous order number. Once processed with our team, you will be emailed a voucher.
