SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our products or did not receive what you expected, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price.
Exclusion: We deliver to rural addresses but cannot guarantee overnight delivery. Therefore, our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to rural deliveries.
RETURNS
Since meat is perishable and subject to strict food safety regulations, we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns not covered by our satisfaction guarantee, we will address them with either an online credit or a new order. Concerns must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product and should not involve freezing after delivery. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and a photo to help us resolve it.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, we will notify you by email or phone, and it will be processed. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days. If you haven't received the refund within a week, check your bank account again, contact your payment company, and then your bank as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@woodysfarm.co.nz.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your information's confidentiality, security, and privacy. We use the information we collect to fulfill your order or to send you marketing materials if you have agreed to it. We securely store customer details but do not sell, trade, or share this information with unrelated third parties unless required by law. We use secure payment facilities for all online credit card transactions and do not keep credit card details after a purchase is completed.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you set up an online account with us, you will receive a username and password for placing orders. Keep your username and password confidential and restrict access to your computer to prevent unauthorized use. Inform us immediately if you believe your password has been compromised.
CONTRACT
Our website is operated by Woodys Free Range. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation with the details of your order, but this is not an acceptance by us. A legally binding contract is formed only when we deliver the goods to you. If you provided an incorrect email address or did not receive the confirmation, contact us to amend your details. We are not responsible for incorrect information or spam filtration by your email provider.
AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS
You may amend or cancel your order up to 3 days before shipment (cut-off time is Monday at midday). During the festive dispatch period (December 1 - December 31), you must give 7 days' notice. Christmas Ham or Roast orders cannot be amended or canceled at any time. Send amendments or cancellations to info@woodysfarm.co.nz within the cut-off or festive cut-off time. We may charge a 30% restocking fee for late cancellations if we cannot resell the product.
PRODUCT WEIGHTS
Product weights may vary slightly due to the nature of our products. If you are unhappy with the weights, contact us at info@woodysfarm.co.nz for a refund or partial refund.
ICE PACK RETURNS
Once you have collected 5 ice packs, you can return them to us for cleaning and reuse. We cover the return cost with NZPOST. Email us your collection address, name, and phone number to arrange this. We will send you a postage label to attach to the parcel for collection or drop-off with NZPOST.
