If a replacement is not available we will happily refund the purchase price paid.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
If a refund is approved you will be informed by email or telephone and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with unrelated third parties unless required to by law. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Woodys Free Range Farm after a purchase has been completed.
