Order Schedule

We dispatch orders every Wednesday, and the cut-off for placing orders is midday each Monday. This ensures you receive the freshest products right on time.

Packaging

Your order is packed in either special foil boxes designed to keep heat out and cool in or a revolutionary WoolPack carton (brown carton with wool insulation inners). An oversized ice pack is placed on the meat, keeping it cool for up to 48 hours as it melts. All boxes can be put in your weekly recycling bin and the WoolPack insulation can be composted or reused (see https://planetprotectorpackaging.com/reuse/)

Delivery

We use NZPost for deliveries, and you will receive a tracking number once your goods are sent. We deliver to both urban and rural addresses. Overnight delivery to rural areas cannot be guaranteed and is at the buyers risk, rural deliveries are exempt from our satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping starts at just $12 (calculated at checkout) or enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 (North Island only).

Pick Up

You can also collect your order from Woodys on Hokio Sands Road, Levin. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up. Our collection hours are 8 am - 4 pm on weekdays.
