Our high-quality beef is sourced from the renowned Robinson family, who are fifth-generation sheep and beef farmers in the picturesque Horowhenua region of New Zealand. Blair and Anna Robinson raise Black Angus Cattle and Perendale sheep on their expansive 2200-acre hill country farm, which has been in their family for generations. The herd consists of Black Angus Cows and Bulls that are born, raised, and spend their entire lives on their home farm called Te Rohenga, nestled beneath the majestic Tararua Ranges.
At 12 months of age, the cattle are carefully transported to the lush grasslands of Roselawn and Pencoed Farms in Marton, located in the scenic Rangitikei region, where they graze to further develop their exceptional flavor and tenderness. We take pride in our meticulous aging process, where the meat is aged for a minimum of 21 days before being expertly packaged and sent to you. This careful aging process enhances the flavor and tenderness of the beef, ensuring a truly exceptional dining experience.
The Brisket is a great value joint taken from the belly of the beast, well suited to long, slow cooking or marinating and barbecuing for meltingly tender beef.
