Our Mild Bierstix are made from 100% New Zealand free-range pork, slow cooked for tenderness and gently smoked for flavour. They’re thin, easy to eat, and savoury without being spicy, making them an ideal everyday snack.

These Bierstix have a firm bite but stay juicy and approachable. Mildly seasoned, lightly smoky, and not overpowering, they’re perfect for lunchboxes, road trips, or grabbing straight from the fridge.
