Sourced from the fertile grasslands of Manawatu, our Angus Beef Biltong is a premium snack that combines rich heritage with exceptional taste. This biltong is made from the finest cuts of Angus beef, known for its marbling and tenderness, which results in a snack that is both luxuriously soft and full of flavour.

Following traditional South African methods adapted to New Zealand conditions, we cure the beef with a blend of natural spices, malt vinegar, and sea salt before air-drying it to perfection.

The history of biltong in South Africa spans centuries, where it began as a practical solution for preserving meat without refrigeration. Our method respects this tradition while embracing the quality and sustainability of New Zealand farming.

Available in either a chopped packet of 100g or a 250g whole block.
