This is our British Banger. Thick, hearty and full of old-school flavour, with rubbed sage, black pepper and a touch of allspice for that classic Lincolnshire-style taste. The breadcrumbs give it the soft, juicy bite you expect from a traditional British sausage.

This one is not gluten free. It is made properly with wheat breadcrumbs, so if you are after a classic banger, this is it.
