Woody's pork chops are simply amazing.
I used to live in the USA, where pork is cheap as chips but also crap as poop. And even in NZ, the grocery shop pork chops are....okay, but nothing wonderful.
I'd never had a truly good pork chop until I met Woody's. They are so tender, so flavourful, so meaty, so easy to cook. Way better than anything you'll get even at high end restaurants. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are the best.
Except for Woody's rolled pork loin, which is EVEN BETTER.
And their gammon, which is sublime with eggs benedict.
And their bacon mince, which is so versatile and so yum.
Oh, and their ribs. Cover them in foil, bake them on low for two hours, slather them in BBQ sauce, bake them on high for ten minutes, and people will be begging you to marry them.
Honestly, if you want to eat pork, eat Woody's pork. You'll never find better.
