Woodys Salami is made with lean free range meat and juicy fat from the legs and shoulders of our pigs. Garlic and peppercorns are added for flavour. This salami is smoked and steam cooked.
Perfect in sandwiches, on a charcuterie plate (served with our Coppa and Guanciale) or in pasta or pizza.
