Our premium rolled rib of beef is renowned for its distinctive fat that runs through the meat, imparting exceptional flavour and inherent juiciness when roasted. Carefully selected from Manawatu Angus herds, this robust and meaty cut undergoes a meticulous 21 day dry aging process by our expert Master Butcher while still on the bone.

With great skill and precision, it is then boned and rolled to create a celebratory joint and to ensure consistent cooking throughout.
