Our Biltong is air dried beef made from a singular muscle and aged for at least two months, it comes from Highland Beef cattle grazed on our farm in the Horowhenua. We cure our Biltong in a vinegar herb cure and hang to dry. Biltong is sliced and traditionally eaten as a snack.
Available in a chopped packet of 100g or a 250g whole block.
Our Biltong is gluten free and contains 0.3% preservative (sodium nitrite) to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
