Nduja is a spicy, spreadable sausage originating from the southern region of Calabria, Italy. It is made from pork meat mixed with spicy red chili peppers and salt. The mixture is then packed into a casing and aged for several months before being ready to eat. Nduja can be enjoyed on bread, crackers, or as an ingredient in pasta sauces, pizzas, and other dishes. It has gained popularity in recent years and can now be found in many parts of the world.
